Smart Hub

The Smart Hub tool looks up phone numbers against multiple data services. Submit numbers manually or via file upload, choose which services to run, and receive results by email.

  • Number Lookup: Submit numbers and select which services to run against them.
  • Results & History: Review past lookup submissions and their results.

Step 1: Add Phone Numbers

Enter numbers manually, upload a file, or do both.

  • Enter Phone Numbers: Text field for manually entered numbers, separated by new lines or commas. Any format is accepted (e.g., (212) 555-1234, 312-555-6789, 5551234567).
  • Upload a File: Drag-and-drop or click to upload a .csv or .txt file with one phone number per line. CSV headers are automatically skipped.

Step 2: Select Services

Choose which services to run against the submitted numbers. Priced at $0.03 per lookup.

  • Check DNC Status: Check if a phone number is on the Do Not Call (DNC) list.
  • Carrier Resolution: Identify the current carrier/operator for a number.
  • Check Disconnected Status: Check if a phone number is disconnected or in service.
  • Check DNO Status: Check if a phone number has outbound calling or texting enabled/disabled.

Available Actions

  • Submit for Processing: Submits the entered/uploaded numbers for lookup against the selected services. Results are delivered by email.
