Internal DNC
The Internal DNC tool lets you maintain, manage, and search your organization’s custom Do Not Call (DNC) suppression list. Numbers on this list are automatically checked and blocked during internal compliance routing checks to prevent unwanted outbound contacts.
Bulk Import
The Upload Internal DNC Numbers panel lets you bulk-add phone numbers to your organization’s internal DNC suppression list in a single operation. Supported file formats are .csv and .txt.
Filtering Options
Use the top filter panel to narrow down the suppression list. Click Apply Filters to update the display or Clear Filters to reset.

| Phone Number | Search by the target phone number. Supports operator filtering (e.g., contains). |
| Date Added | Filter by a custom start and end date (mm/dd/yyyy). |
List Data Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Phone Number | The full formatted phone number currently on the Internal DNC list (e.g., +1 (231) 555-1117). |
| Date Added | Timestamp showing when the entry was added to the list. |
| Actions | Delete (trash icon): Permanently removes the phone number from the Internal DNC list, allowing it to be contacted again. |
Available Actions
- Download CSV: Exports the current filtered suppression list for offline auditing or integration into third-party dialers. Large exports are chunked according to the selected rows-per-page setting (
15,25,50,100,250,500,1000).
