Call Cadence

Call cadence refers to the structured and automated sequence and timing of outbound call attempts made to a prospect, customer, or lead. Instead of calling randomly or too aggressively, a call cadence defines how often and when to place calls, for example, spreading them out over a few seconds, minutes, hours, days, alternating times of day, or combining calls with other touchpoints. It’s essentially a rhythm or strategy that ensures outreach is consistent, professional, and effective.

Telephone Numbers

The Telephone Numbers tool provides a central interface to view, filter, assign, and manage active telephone numbers across your organization. Use this tool to track number utilization, organize DIDs into containers/switches, review historical data, release numbers, or export inventory for reporting.

Manage Numbers: View, filter, and organize active phone numbers.
Anti-Spam Numbers: Inspect and manage numbers assigned to anti-spam or reputation monitoring features.
Purchase Numbers: Search for and order new phone numbers (DIDs).
Upload Numbers: Bulk import existing phone numbers into your organization account.

Filtering Options

Use the top filter panel to narrow down the number inventory. Click Apply Filters to update the display or Clear Filters to reset.

Internal DNC

The Internal DNC tool lets you maintain, manage, and search your organization’s custom Do Not Call (DNC) suppression list. Numbers on this list are automatically checked and blocked during internal compliance routing checks to prevent unwanted outbound contacts.

Bulk Import

The Upload Internal DNC Numbers panel lets you bulk-add phone numbers to your organization’s internal DNC suppression list in a single operation. Supported file formats are .csv and .txt.

Rate Plans

The Rate Plans tool lets administrators manage, inspect, and upload carrier billing and rate decks across your organization. Rate plans configured here can be edited and assigned to specific sub-accounts under their respective account settings.

Uploading Rate Plans

Click Upload Rate Plan at the top right of the dashboard to import a custom rate deck. Rate decks must be uploaded as a structured carrier CSV file containing deck pricing, NPA/NXX prefix tables, and effective billing tiers.

Blacklist

The Blacklist tool lets administrators manage a global suppression list of telephone numbers. Numbers added to the blacklist are blocked bidirectionally, preventing your organization from making calls to or receiving calls from those numbers.

Blacklist Management Actions

Add Number/s to Blacklist: Manually input or bulk add phone numbers to the blacklist.
Remove Number/s from Blacklist: Select one or multiple checkboxed entries in the list table to remove and unblock them from the suppression list.
Search: Locate specific telephone numbers, sources, or added dates within the blacklist.

Data Fields

Field	Description
Checkbox	Select individual or multiple numbers for batch removal operations.
Phone Number	The full E.164 formatted phone number blocked by the system.
Source	The origin or mechanism through which the number was blacklisted (e.g., Manual Upload, API, System Violation).
Date Added	Timestamp showing when the phone number was added to the blacklist.
Actions	Row-level actions for modifying or deleting the blacklisted record.

The Smart Hub tool looks up phone numbers against multiple data services. Submit numbers manually or via file upload, choose which services to run, and receive results by email.

Number Lookup: Submit numbers and select which services to run against them.
Results & History: Review past lookup submissions and their results.
