Blacklist
The Blacklist tool lets administrators manage a global suppression list of telephone numbers. Numbers added to the blacklist are blocked bidirectionally, preventing your organization from making calls to or receiving calls from those numbers.
Blacklist Management Actions
- Add Number/s to Blacklist: Manually input or bulk add phone numbers to the blacklist.
- Remove Number/s from Blacklist: Select one or multiple checkboxed entries in the list table to remove and unblock them from the suppression list.
- Search: Locate specific telephone numbers, sources, or added dates within the blacklist.
Data Fields
| Field | Description |

| Checkbox | Select individual or multiple numbers for batch removal operations. |
| Phone Number | The full E.164 formatted phone number blocked by the system. |
| Source | The origin or mechanism through which the number was blacklisted (e.g., Manual Upload, API, System Violation). |
| Date Added | Timestamp showing when the phone number was added to the blacklist. |
| Actions | Row-level actions for modifying or deleting the blacklisted record. |
