Certificates
The Certificates page lets administrators manage digital signing certificates used for caller ID authentication and attestation across outbound call traffic. Organizations can manage their own third-party Secure Telephone Identity (STI) certificates, or use system-provided Smart Carrier certificates.
Managing Certificates
- Add Certificate: Upload a custom STIR/SHAKEN STI signing certificate and private key.
Certificate Table Data Fields
| Field | Description |

| Name | Friendly label or identifier assigned to the certificate. |
| Original file | Filename of the uploaded certificate file. |
| Upload time | Date and timestamp when the certificate was added. |
| Status | Current operational state of the certificate (e.g., Active, Expired, Pending). |
| Actions | Operational controls for managing or deleting an uploaded certificate. |
Note: If no custom certificates are uploaded, the system defaults to using Smart Carrier certificates for signing outbound call traffic.
