Dashboard

The SMS Dashboard provides real-time oversight and daily aggregated metrics for messaging activity across your organization. Use this dashboard to monitor daily message throughput (outbound/inbound), estimate accrued carrier messaging fees, track keyword interaction performance, subscriber growth, and regional volume trends.

Navigation & Quick Links

Direct access buttons to core messaging features:

  • Direct Messages: Opens the single/conversational SMS interface.
  • Campaigns: Opens bulk campaign creation and scheduling.
  • Automated Messages: Accesses automated drip/trigger sequence configuration.

Live Messages Volume

Tracks the real-time count of message units processed throughout the current day.

  • Out / In: Combined total outbound and inbound message volume.
  • Direct: Message count sent via individual/direct messaging.
  • Automated: Message count triggered via automated sequences or APIs.
  • Inbound: Total incoming response messages received.

Estimated Cost

Displays a real-time estimate of carrier fees for the current day’s messaging traffic.

  • Total Estimated: Aggregated cost calculation across all messaging channels.
  • Cost Breakdown: Individual estimates for Direct, Automated, and Inbound traffic.

Note: Carrier fees are estimated. Final billed carrier fees are delayed by approximately one month.

Analytics Cards

  • Custom Keywords: Monitors keyword trigger activity and campaign keyword matches.
  • Subscribers: Displays active subscriber list counts and opt-in growth.
  • Status Codes: Breakdown of delivery report statuses (e.g., delivered, failed, undeliverable).
  • Volume by State: Geographic distribution, toggleable by traffic type (Outbound, Automated, Inbound).
