Profile

The Profile page displays your account identity: avatar, full name, organization, and primary email address.

Name: Your full display name (e.g., Jane Doe).
Company: The organization your account belongs to (e.g., Acme Telecom).
Email: Your primary account email address (e.g., user@example.com).
Update profile picture: Opens a file picker to upload a new avatar image.

Users & Permissions

Users & Permissions manages who has access to your organization and what they can do.

Users: Lists all organization users, their emails, roles, and assigned teams.
Teams: Manage team groupings for the organization.
Roles: Create and assign custom roles with specific permissions.

Users Tab

+ Add User: Opens a modal to invite or add a new user to the organization.
Search by name or email: Text field to filter the user list.
Actions: Three-dot menu per row for row-level actions (e.g., edit roles, remove user).
Showing N results: Footer count of users matched by the current search.

User Data Fields

Field	Description
Name	The user’s full name (e.g., `Jane Doe`). Sortable.
Email	The user’s account email (e.g., `user@example.com`).
Organization Roles	Role(s) assigned to the user (e.g., `Administrator`).
Teams	Team(s) the user belongs to (e.g., `Support Team`).

Teams Tab

+ New Team: Opens a modal to create a new team.
Search by team name: Text field to filter the teams list.

Team Data Fields

Field	Description
Name	The team’s name. Sortable.
Organization Roles	Role(s) assigned to the team.
Members	Users assigned to the team.

Note: If no teams match the search, or none have been created yet, the table shows an empty state: “No teams found: Try adjusting your search criteria.”

Authentication

Authentication & Security manages your password and account security settings to keep your account safe.

Change Password

Field	Description
Current Password	Your existing password.
New Password	Your new password. Must be at least 8 characters long.
Confirm New Password	Re-enter the new password to confirm it.

Click Update Password to submit the change. Changes take effect immediately.

Security Best Practices

Use a unique password that you don’t use on other websites.
Consider using a password manager to generate and store secure passwords.
Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect it may be compromised.
Never share your password with others or store it in unsecured locations.

Integrations connect, verify, reconfigure, and disable third-party integrations, including Slack.

Note: To use these integrations, whitelist the following IP addresses on your network: 52.55.221.115, 52.90.126.6, and 3.229.183.76.

Click Settings on any integration to open its configuration.

Federal DNC	Filter your lists against the Federal Do Not Call registry to meet national compliance rules.
State DNC	Filter your lists against state-level Do Not Call databases to meet regional compliance rules.
Reassigned Numbers Database	Identify reassigned numbers to prevent misdials and ensure calls and texts reach the right contacts.
Sinch	Purchase and release phone numbers directly from your Smart Carrier Number Management Platform.
Twilio	Purchase and release phone numbers directly from your Smart Carrier Number Management Platform.
Blitz	Purchase and release phone numbers directly from your Smart Carrier Number Management Platform.
Bandwidth	SMS, voice, and user authentication.
Slack	Connect your Slack workspace to receive account notifications in a channel of your choice.

Integration Settings

Clicking Settings on an integration opens a configuration modal for it. Single-instance integrations (like Federal DNC) show an Active toggle. Multi-instance integrations (like Vicidial) show a Global Active toggle plus per-instance tabs, each with its own Instance Active toggle and credentials. Most modals repeat a version of the IP whitelist note shown above.

Notifications

Notifications manages who receives this account’s alerts and the history of what’s fired. This feature is in beta.

Alert History

Alerts this account has fired, who each one reached, and what was withheld.

Filters

Fired At: Date range picker (e.g., September 16, 2026 12:00 AM EDT to Now).
Alert: Filter by alert type (All, Low Balance / Credit Threshold, Test Event, CPS Spike).
Scope: Filter by scope (All, Org-wide, Prefix, Campaign).
Scope Value: Text search for the scoped entity (e.g., 12345 - Example Name).
Direction: Filter by direction (All, Triggered, Cleared).
Status: Filter by delivery status (All, Sent, Partially sent, Failed, Suppressed).
Apply Filters / Clear Filters: Run or reset the filter query.
Download CSV: Exports the filtered alert history.

Alert History Data Fields

Field	Description
Fired At	When the alert fired. Sortable.
Alert	The alert type that fired. Sortable.
Scope	What the alert was scoped to (`Org-wide`, `Prefix`, or `Campaign`).
Scope Value	The specific scoped entity.
Direction	Whether the alert was `Triggered` or `Cleared`.
Op	The comparison operator used to evaluate the alert’s threshold.
Threshold	The configured value that triggers the alert. Sortable.
Observed	The actual value observed when the alert fired. Sortable.
Recipients	Number of contacts the alert was sent to. Sortable.
Channels	Delivery channels used (e.g., email, SMS).
Status	Delivery outcome (`Sent`, `Partially sent`, `Failed`, or `Suppressed`).
Reason	Why the alert was suppressed or failed, if applicable.
Attempts	Number of delivery attempts made.
Error	Error detail for a failed delivery attempt.
Actions	Row-level actions for the alert entry.

Contacts

People who can receive this account’s alerts. Assign them to individual alerts from the notifications page.
