Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports tool lets you automate the generation and delivery of recurring platform reports. Use this page to set up automated report schedules, run scheduled jobs on demand, download instant CSV exports, and email report outputs directly to recipient lists.

Managing Schedules

• Create Schedule: Set up a new recurring report task, configuring the report type, frequency, time zone, and delivery email recipients.

Active Schedules Summary

Each configured report schedule displays the following details and action controls.

Schedule Details:

• Schedule Name & Frequency Badge: The custom title assigned to the job (e.g., Weekly Compliance Summary), accompanied by an execution cadence badge (Daily, Weekly).
• Execution Timings: The exact schedule parameters and time zone (e.g., Runs every day at 06:00 and 07:00 (America/New_York)).
• Report Type: The target platform report configured to run automatically (e.g., Daily Usage, Team Agent Performance).

Schedule Actions:

• Run Now: Immediately triggers and executes the scheduled report pipeline without waiting for the next interval.
• Download CSV (tray icon): Instantly downloads the latest generated result dataset as a CSV file.
• Run & Email Recipient List (send icon): Executes the report immediately and distributes the output file to the configured recipient email list.
