IP Analysis
The IP Analysis report provides call performance and traffic distribution analytics broken down by signaling IP address, for both inbound and outbound traffic. Use this report to monitor network traffic per endpoint, analyze SIP response code distributions, evaluate call quality metrics (ASR/ACD), and audit IP-based call routing.
Filtering Options
Use the filter controls to narrow down the report. Click Apply Filters to refresh the dataset, or Clear Filters to reset.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Direction | Filter call traffic by direction (Outbound or Inbound). |
| Signaling IP | Search by the originating or terminating signaling IP address. Supports operator filtering (e.g., contains). |
| Date Range | Filter by a custom start and end date (mm/dd/yyyy). |
Report Data Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Signaling IP | The IP address handling the SIP signaling for the traffic segment. |
| SIP Code | Returned SIP status/response code (e.g., 200 OK, 486 Busy, 503 Service Unavailable). |
| Call Count | Cumulative number of call attempts handled by the IP and SIP code combination. |
| ASR | Answer Seizure Ratio: answered calls divided by total calls, as a percentage. |
| ACD (Seconds) | Average Call Duration, in seconds, for connected calls. |
| Start Date | Earliest logged timestamp for the aggregated sample interval. |
