Reference documentation for Smart Carrier’s APIs. Each page lists the endpoint, its parameters, and a sample response. Pages with a Postman button let you download a ready-to-run request.

| Disconnected Number API | Checks whether a telephone number is in service. |
| STIR/SHAKEN API | Returns the attestation level and identity token for a call. |
| Enhanced Insights API | Returns the operating company, OCN, line type, rate center, LATA, and routing number for a number (LERG / LRN lookup). |
| AI Numbers API | Returns the caller ID to use for a call, given the number you are calling and your prefix. |

API requests need an API key. Find your key on the Organization settings page of the Smart Carrier dashboard. If you cannot find it, contact support@smartcarrier.io.
