Enhanced Insight / LERG / LRN
The Enhanced Insight / LERG / LRN log provides a comprehensive, searchable audit trail of Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) and Location Routing Number (LRN) lookup requests across your organization. Use this page to query telecommunications routing metadata, verify carrier assignment details, inspect switch and LATA classifications, and export results for network operational analysis.
Filtering Options
Use the top filter panel to narrow down log results. Click Apply Filters to update the display or Clear Filters to reset.
| Filter | Description |

| Requesting IP | Search by the client or server IP address that initiated the request. Supports operator filtering (e.g., contains). |
| Telephone Number | Search by the phone number queried for LERG/LRN details. Supports operator filtering. |
| Routing Number | Search by the assigned Location Routing Number (LRN). Supports operator filtering. |
| NPA | Filter by Numbering Plan Area (area code). |
| NXX | Filter by Central Office Exchange code (prefix). |
| Block | Filter by thousand-block designation (0–9). |
| US State | Filter by two-letter state or territory abbreviation. |
| Company | Filter by operating company name associated with the number range. |
| OCN | Filter by Operating Company Number (4-digit telecom identifier). |
| Rate Center | Filter by the geographical rate center associated with the exchange. |
| CLLI | Filter by the Common Language Location Identifier code for the switch node. |
| Assigned Date | Filter by the block/number assignment effective date range (mm/dd/yyyy). |
| Prefix Type | Filter by prefix classification (e.g., Wireline, Wireless, VoIP). |
| Switch Name | Filter by the name of the switching equipment node handling routing. |
| Switch Type | Filter by the technical architecture type of the switch. |
| LATA | Filter by Local Access and Transport Area code. |
| Country | Filter by country location code. |
| Toll Free | Filter by toll-free designation status. |
| Date Added | Filter by a custom start and end date (mm/dd/yyyy). |

| Routing Number | The resulting LRN assigned to the number. |
| NPA | Area code of the destination. |
| NXX | Exchange code prefix. |
| Block | Specific thousand-block assignment. |
| US State | State or jurisdiction of the rate center. |
| Company | Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) operating company name. |
| OCN | Operating Company Number. |
| Rate Center | Rate center name assigned to the exchange. |
| CLLI | 11-character CLLI code of the destination switch. |
| Assigned Date | Date the code or block was officially assigned. |
| Prefix Type | Line type classification (e.g., CLEC, ILEC, Wireless). |
| Switch Name | Switch designation for call termination. |
| Switch Type | Switch type/technology. |
| LATA | 3-digit Local Access and Transport Area code. |
| Country | Country of the destination. |
| Toll Free | Whether the destination is a toll-free exchange. |
| Date Added | Timestamp when the request was logged. |
Available Actions
- Download CSV: Exports the current filtered view for offline reporting and telecom routing analysis. Large exports are chunked according to the selected rows-per-page setting (
15,25,50,100,250,500,1000).
