Do Not Call (DNC)
The Do Not Call (DNC) log provides a real-time, searchable audit trail of DNC lookup requests processed across your organization. Use this page to review historical checks, verify multi-tier DNC compliance (Federal, State, and Internal lists), measure API response latency, and export results for compliance auditing.
Filtering Options
Use the top filter panel to narrow down log results. Click Apply Filters to update the display or Clear Filters to reset.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Telephone Number | Search by the destination or queried phone number. Supports operator filtering (e.g., contains). |
| Requesting IP | Search by the client or server IP address that initiated the request. |
| Federal DNC | Filter by whether Federal DNC lookup was enabled for the request (All, Disabled, or Enabled). |
| State DNC | Filter by whether State DNC lookup was enabled for the request (All, Disabled, or Enabled). |
| Internal DNC | Filter by whether Internal DNC lookup was enabled for the request (All, Disabled, or Enabled). |
| Federal DNC Found | Filter by whether the number was positively matched on the Federal DNC list (All, False, or True). |
| State DNC Found | Filter by whether the number was positively matched on a State DNC list (All, False, or True). |
| Internal DNC Found | Filter by whether the number was positively matched on your Internal DNC list (All, False, or True). |
| Date Added | Filter by a custom start and end date (mm/dd/yyyy). |
Log Data Fields

| Telephone Number | The phone number checked against the DNC databases. |
| Requesting IP | The IP address that sent the API query. |
| Federal DNC | Whether Federal DNC checking was enabled for the request (Enabled / Disabled). |
| State DNC | Whether State DNC checking was enabled for the request (Enabled / Disabled). |
| Internal DNC | Whether Internal DNC checking was enabled for the request (Enabled / Disabled). |
| Federal DNC Found | True if matched on the Federal registry, False if checked with no match, or - if disabled. |
| State DNC Found | True if matched on a State registry, False if checked with no match, or - if disabled. |
| Internal DNC Found | True if matched on your Internal suppress list, False if checked with no match, or - if disabled. |
| Processing Time (ms) | Total latency, in milliseconds, to perform the lookup and return the result. |
| Date Added | Timestamp when the DNC check was logged. |
Available Actions
- Download CSV: Exports the current filtered view for offline archiving or auditing. Large exports are chunked according to the selected rows-per-page setting (
15,25,50,100,250,500,1000).
