AI Numbers
The AI Numbers log provides a real-time, searchable audit trail of AI call routing and lookup requests across your organization. Use this page to review historical requests, verify Do Not Call (DNC) compliance checks, evaluate latency, and export results for offline auditing.
Filtering Options
Use the top filter panel to narrow down log results. Click Apply Filters to update the display or Clear Filters to reset.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| To Number | Search by the destination phone number. Supports operator filtering (e.g., contains). |
| From Number | Search by the originating outbound caller ID. Supports operator filtering. |
| Cluster | Filter by server cluster (e.g., av1, av62, 9000) or All. |
| ANI | Search by the Automatic Number Identification string associated with the call. |
| Requesting IP | Search by the IP address that initiated the API request. |
| Federal DNC | Filter by whether the request was configured to check the Federal DNC list (All, True, or False). |
| State DNC | Filter by whether the request was configured to check State DNC lists (All, True, or False). |
| Internal DNC | Filter by whether the request was configured to check your Internal DNC list (All, True, or False). |
| Federal DNC Found | Filter by whether the number was positively flagged on the Federal DNC list (All, True, or False). |
| State DNC Found | Filter by whether the number was positively flagged on a State DNC list (All, True, or False). |
| Internal DNC Found | Filter by whether the number was positively flagged on your Internal DNC list (All, True, or False). |
| Date Added | Filter by a custom start and end date (mm/dd/yyyy). |
Log Data Fields

| To Number | The destination phone number. |
| From Number | The source or presentation number used. |
| Cluster | The infrastructure cluster node that handled the request. |
| ANI | Raw ANI value provided by the carrier network. |
| Requesting IP | Client or server IP address that made the request. |
| Federal DNC | Whether Federal DNC checking was enabled for the request. |
| State DNC | Whether State DNC checking was enabled for the request. |
| Internal DNC | Whether Internal DNC checking was enabled for the request. |
| Federal DNC Found | True if a match was found on the Federal DNC list. |
| State DNC Found | True if a match was found on a State DNC list. |
| Internal DNC Found | True if a match was found on your organization’s Internal DNC list. |
| Processing Time (ms) | Total latency, in milliseconds, to perform the lookup and respond. |
| Date Added | Timestamp when the log entry was generated. |
Available Actions
- Download CSV: Exports the current filtered view for offline auditing. Large exports are chunked according to the selected rows-per-page setting (
15,25,50,100,250,500,1000).
